My payment failed. What could be the reason?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return process:

Email to: info@latikajewelry.com and explain the reason please. if necessary, take a photo of the product and attach it to the mail.
After accepting your return request, ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Refund:
The product must be returned immediately after the return requests have been approved by us.
Otherwise:
If the product arrives late, the product will be considered as a second-hand and gradual deduction will be applied and will be refunded in the following table.
Return within 30 days : %100 refund
Return within 30-60 days : %50 refund
Return after 61 days : %0 refund

Who pays for the Shipping on Returns or Exchanges?
