What materials are your jewellery pieces made of?
Our jewellery pieces are crafted using high-quality materials such as 14K gold ,925K sterling silver, freshwater cultured pearls, enamel and natural diamonds. Each product description specifies the materials used.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard or express shipping on all orders. After we ship, you can track your order with a valid tracking number.
Do I need to pay customs duties or additional fees?
Orders shipped to the United States are sent with customs duties prepaid, meaning NO additional fees are required from the customer upon delivery.
There are no customs duties applicable to orders shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom.
For customers located within the European Union, customs duties and applicable taxes are collected by local authorities at the time of delivery.
***These differences are due to varying import and customs regulations in each region, which determine how duties and taxes are applied to international shipments.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Our products are customized and personalized, so they are non-returnable.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that this policy is consistent with those of all major marketplaces.
If you believe there’s an issue with your product, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll be happy to help.
If the product is returned late, it will be considered second-hand, and a partial refund will be applied as outlined below:
- Return within 30 days: 100% refund
- Return within 30–60 days: 50% refund
- Return after 60 days: No refund
Do you offer jewellery repairs?
Because we are an Istanbul-based company, we are unable to provide repair services for our international customers.
If a defect occurs within 30 days of delivery, we’ll gladly replace the product.
Alternatively, since jewelry making is a global craft, you can have minor issues repaired at your nearest jewelry repair shop. In such cases, we may offer a refund for the repair cost.
Please be sure to contact us first before proceeding with any repairs.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout, and your order will be beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. Simply add your gift wrapping request as a note when ordering.
How can I Cancel Or Change my order?
You must contact us immediately.
But because of the nature of some items, we may not accept cancellations or changes after one hour:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
My payment failed. What could be the reason?
There could be some reasons for payment failing.
- Your credit card may not be open to overseas payments. Please contact your bank to open it.
- American Express ( AMEX) Cards has a country - currency restriction. AMEX just allows to shop in USD at United States. So you should use another card for our web-site.
- We use highest level security payment system which is called 3DS. Created by Visa and MasterCard, 3D Secure also referred to as 3DS is a technical standard that adds a layer of security in online credit and debit card transactions.3D security protocol adds an additional level of payment protection to an online transaction. In order to complete an online purchase, the cardholder is asked to provide proof of identity by entering a unique password, an SMS code or a temporary PIN. You must enter the unique password to finalize the payment. But many US Bank doesn't support this security technology. That's why your payment may fail. (You may see an empty page. )You should use another credit card which support 3Ds or open your card for 3Ds

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the Order History section. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll be happy to provide you with an update.
Who pays for the Shipping on Returns or Exchanges?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
